Hi, I’m Andrea - founder of DKL Business Services, where we offer strategic bookkeeping and advisory with heart, brains, and just the right amount of sass.

I’ve always had a love for numbers (yes, I’m that person), but what truly lights me up is helping people and their businesses thrive. With over 25 years’ experience as a qualified accountant - including time at KPMG, Accenture, and as Director of Finance for Startup Boot Camp - I bring big-picture thinking and hands-on know-how to every client I work with.

I hold a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and am a:

Since 2005, I’ve been running my own business, working with everyone from consultants and creatives to the tradies who keep the world turning. While my clients vary, one thing stays the same -they value the depth of experience, honesty, and realness I bring to the table.

I’m Brisbane-based, but thanks to two of my boys living in Melbourne - and a whole lot of clients there too - I’m in and out of town every six weeks or so. I work remotely with clients all over Australia, and I love the flexibility that gives both me and the people I support.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to three amazing boys. Weekends usually mean sports sidelines, music, dancing, long walks, or catching up with friends over coffee or wine (depending on the day). I’ve travelled to over 20 countries and would do it full-time if I could. I value honesty, respect, and a good laugh - and I bring that into my work too.
